On October 21, 2010, Mary A. "Mellie" Biggs (nee Fazio), beloved wife of the late Edward P. Biggs; devoted mother of Ty E. Biggs and Mary Rose DeWit; loving grandmother of Dawn Mitchell and her husband John and Edward DeWit and his wife Grace and great-grandmother of Gillian "Olivia" and Gwendolyn DeWit; dear sister of Josephine Bedsworth, Carmela Casagrande, Catherine Canavan and the late Santina Everett. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.


A vigil service will be held at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home 5305 Harford Road ( at Echodale) on Sunday, 7:30PM.
