On April 17, 2026, Martha Jane Mannel (nee Watts) passed away in Parkville, MD. She was the loving daughter of the late Marion Watts and Jean Watts (nee Atkinson); beloved wife of the late Donald J. Mannel; devoted sister of Richard Watts (Jaymie), Don Watts, Barbara Dunn (Casey), and the late Susan Towry; Martha is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and her cherished friends at the Oak Crest Community.

A Funeral Celebration will be held at the Oak Crest Community Chapel, 8800 Walther Blvd, Parkville, MD 21234, on April 30, 2026, at 10am. The interment will be private.
