On October 9, 2025, Martha Klima (nee Scanlan) passed away peacefully in Timonium, MD. She was the beloved wife of the late James Patrick Klima, Jr; devoted mother of Jennifer Klima Kearney (Jim), J. Patrick "Pat" Klima, III. (Maryanne), and Andrew Thomas Klima (Theresa Rolle); loving grandmother of Michelle Lynne Grothusen (Grant) and Steven Patrick Klima (Nicky); cherished great-grandmother of Emmett Joseph Klima; dear sister of Jane Fitzpatrick and the late Elizabeth Scanlan Trump, Thomas Scanlan, and Joseph Scanlan.

The family will receive friends at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 10505 York Rd. on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 3:00-7:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church on Friday at 10am. The inurnment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
