Mark Henderson was a kind, loving and hard-working soul who participated fully in his family and neighborhood.  Mark lived his entire life in Baltimore City and made his home on West Read Street where he became a staple for the community providing help, advice and nurturing to the businesses and neighbors that adore Read St.

He had a wonderful sense of humor and very hardy laugh. He loved exquisite food, bowling and collecting antiques. Mark's partner for many years was Richard Henderson.

Mark loved his job and put all his might and energy into whatever he did. His bubbly personality brightened every room he entered.  Mark will forever be in the hearts of his family members and friends. He instilled in us all, the love that we have within and the ability to share this love with all that we meet. His legacy will go on for generations as we share what we have learned from Mark and pass it on.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Marks name to House of Ruth or Pride Center of Maryland.

The family will receive friends at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise on Sunday from 2PM to 6PM, where a funeral service will also be held on Sunday at 5 PM.  Service followed by cremation.
