Maria Barbara (Troy) Ensor

Maria Barbara Ensor of Ashton,  Maryland passed away on August 22, 2026 at the age of 95. Barbara was born on October 12, 1930 in Dover, Delaware. She was preceded in death by her husband William E. Ensor , Jr., parents Chester A. and M. Barbara Troy, Sr., brother Chester A. (Bud) Troy, Jr., and grandson Brett M. Ensor. She is survived by her loving children E. Michael Ensor, Ronald J. Ensor, Sandy Felton and Karen J. White, 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and brother Robert Troy of Parkton, Maryland.

Barbara attended Mt. St. Agnes High School and College in Baltimore, Maryland.

She had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel welcome, valued, and cared for. Her generosity and warmth touched her family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed.

Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26), on Tuesday, August 25th, from 12:30 to 1:30 PM, at which time a Funeral Service will begin.  Burial to follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens in Timonium, Maryland.
