On July 17, 2025, Margaret E. Skipper, beloved wife of the late Melvin L. Putman and the late Upton A. Skipper; devoted mother of Sandra January Hainley and her husband James, Stephen A. Skipper and his wife Michelle, Deborah S. Byrne, and Christopher L. Skipper and his wife Sandra; loving grandmother of 11, great grandmother of 18 and great great grandmother of 6; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26), on Wednesday, July 23rd, from 10 to 11 AM, at which time a Funeral Service will begin.  Interment Parkwood Cemetery.
