On December 5, 2011 Margaret Ann Jacobs (nee Chandler); beloved wife of the late Jimmy Vlakos and the late John F. Jacobs, Jr.; devoted daughter of the late Adrian and Sue Chandler; dear sister of Faye Bird and her husband Cecil; stepmother of Robin McElfatrick and her husband Tom and their daughters Courtney, Shannon and Caitlin McElfatrick; aunt of Jimmy Jacobs and his wife Deanie; survived by a dear family friend Joe Saunders; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Margaret was an avid animal lover and will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26) on Tuesday 5:30 to 7:00PM at which time a memorial service will be held.
