On December 1, 2011 Margaret Rose "Mickey" Gunnoe (nee Willfong); Age 100, beloved wife of the late Sola Willis Gunnoe; devoted mother of the late Charles E. Gunnoe; loving daughter of the late Fred and Daisy Rose Willfong; dear sister of the late Ann Wilfong Carter; survivors include Mary Gaziano of Annandale, VA., Barbara Sullivan of Whispering Pines, NC. and Rachael Taylor of Arlington, VA. Margaret "Mickey" was born in Beckley, West Virginia and was a longtime educator in the Raleigh County, WV and Baltimore County school systems. She was a member of the Towson Presbyterian Church. She also attended Agnes Scott College and West Virginia University and was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.

A memorial service will be held at Towson Presbyterian Church on Saturday December 17 at 11:00AM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Gilchrist Hospice Care 11311 McCormick Rd. Suite 350 Hunt Valley, MD. 21031.
