On September 3, 2024, Lynn Carol Penner, passed away peacefully at her home in Baltimore, MD. Lynn was a book keeper for many years at the Stebbins  Anderson Company in Towson, MD, a caring substitute teacher in Baltimore County, and was devoted to her family.

She was the beloved daughter of William Fraunholtz and Virginia (nee Bixler) and her stepfather John Williams; devoted mother of Kristen and Katrina Penner; loving mother in law to Lorelei Mackenzie and doting grandmother of Caspian Reed Penner-Mackenzie.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Donations in her honor may be sent to the Maryland SPCA.
