On April 14, 2012 Lt. Col (Ret.) Philip L. Lanphear; beloved husband of Idell E. Lanphear (nee Kelstrup); devoted father of Craig Lanphear and his wife Jackie, Michele E. Braerman and her husband Frederick; loving grandfather of Alex, Charlotte and Adam Lanphear, Erika and Austin Braerman; brother of Leonard, Howard and the late Richard.
A Memorial Service will be held at Oak Crest Chapel on Saturday, April 21, at 11 AM. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to Mountain Christian Church, Cannonball Fund 1824 Mountain Rd Joppa, MD 21085or to Gilchrist Hospice Care 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350 Hunt Valley, MD 21031. Arrangements by Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc.
