Lorretta Irene Shiflett, of Sparrows Point, Maryland departed this earth on September 1, 2024. She was 86 years old. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Evelyn Magers. She was the wife of the late Irving Shiflett. She was the sister of the late Clarence Magers Jr. (Marjorie McGrath) and Betty Grimes (John Grimes). She worked at Bethlehem Steel for 17 years. Lorretta loved her cowboy movies and music, but most of all she loved her family.

She is survived by her loving and devoted niece Kimberly Grimes-McGrath (Steven McGrath) and nephew, Jason Grimes, Nieces- Madison McGrath (Ja'Quan Thomas), Sophia Thomas, Ulani Thomas, Davina McGrath, Joy Magers-Weaver and Amanda Donnelly; Nephews- Christopher McGrath, Joshua McGrath (Emily Hosler), Alec Grimes (Tirza Enriquez) and Carl Magers; Cousin- John Everetts (Kim Kiser); The Ruby Family; Friends Jon and Mitzi Riegel, Eva Akers and many other friends and Beloved Dog Dusty.

Visitation will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 AM. Interment, Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
