Lisa Rose Lanocha passed away peacefully on August 17, 2026, after a brief illness. Born in Baltimore on July 30, 1962, she was the beloved daughter of the late N. Frank Lanocha and the late Teresa Brzuchalski Lanocha; beloved sister of Janet Fedder (Steve), Terry Lanocha, the late Karl Lanocha (Julie), and the late Stephen Lanocha. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews: Will, Anna, and John Fedder; Garrett and Connor Sisson; and Leigh Fitzgerald and Max Lanocha. She also leaves behind three great-nieces and many cousins. Lisa was born with special needs and those who knew her accepted and cherished her and marveled at her giant personality and lively spirit. Lisa graduated from the Maryland School for the Blind in 1983 and afterwards resided with Chimes until her final illness. Lisa took great joy in various activities such as her huge family gatherings on the holidays and birthdays.  She also loved music and dancing, especially reveling in polka dancing with her parents. Lisa is already missed by family, friends, and care givers. Her memory will live on in the joy she brought to us.  Her life taught us much about love, compassion, and caring for others.
