On December 9, 2025, LeRoy "Roy" Augustine Wagner passed away peacefully at his home in Glen Arm, MD. He is the beloved husband of Dolores Barbara Wagner (nee Seaholm); devoted father of Helen Poad and her husband William, Phillip Wagner and his wife Paige, John Wagner and his wife Yelena, James "Jim" Wagner, and Ann Miller and her husband Philip. Mr. Wagner is also survived by many other loving family and friends.

Mr. Wagner will lie-in-state- at the St. John the Evangelist Church Chapel on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 10-11am, at which time the Funeral Mass will begin. The interment will follow at the church cemetery. A reception will be held at the church hall after the burial.
