On November 11, 2010 Leonard J. Polanowski, Sr. beloved husband of
the late Helen Rose Polanowski (nee Lewandowski); devoted father of Leonard J. Jr. and John E. Polanowski and the late Patricia S. Mokros, loving grandfather of Jan M. and Robert S. Mokros, Michael J. and Mark Polanowski, dear great grandfather of Hannah and Dominic Mokros.
Catholic prayer service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Ave. on Monday at 10:00 AM. Entombment Oak Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday 3-5 and 7-9 PM.
