With profound sadness we announce the passing of our daughter Lauren Victoria  LaPlante, 44,  of Whitehall MD. She died suddenly on May 2, 2026.

Born in Tolland Ct she spent her childhood and formative years in Tolland , West Chester Pa and Enola Pa. She was a 2000 graduate of Cumberland Valley High School. Her interests in growing up were softball, soccer and field hockey and being the very best friend she could be to her wide circle of friends. Her smile and personality could light up a room. She was able to use these attributes in her formative years with success in the hospitality business. She spent the later years of her life with her partner in fixing up older cars for resale. We will miss our angel tremendously but know she is looking down at us being in a better place.

She is survived by a brother James LaPlante of Highspire Pa and parents Diane and James LaPlante of Lititz, Pa. Private services will be held involving only immediate family members.  Donations can be made in her memory to 988 Lifeline.
