On July 7, 2010 Kenneth Newcomer Weaver, Ph.D. beloved husband of Mary Elizabeth Weaver (nee Hoover), devoted father of Wendy W. Scheinberg and husband Stephen A., and Matthew Owen Weaver, loving grandfather of Emily Kathryn and Julie Miriam Scheinberg, brother of Mary Markley, Robert Weaver, and Ross Weaver. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family will be receiving friends at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (Beltway Exit 26A) Friday, July 16 from 3-5 and 7-9 P.M. A memorial services will be held at Chestnut Grove Presbyterian Church (Sweet Air Road) Saturday, July 17 at 2 P.M. Interment at the church cemetery.
