On August 7, 2024, Judith Tingler (nee O'Quinn) peacefully passed away surrounded by her family. Judith was preceded in death by her late husband Ray Keith Tingler, her parents James Garmon and Martha Irene O'Quinn of Tazwell Virginia; brother James Rodulf O'Quinn. Judith is survived by her three sisters Clair Powers, Melva Miller and Anita Vaalar; three daughters Deborah Alt and her husband Andrew, Kimberly Paul, Shayna Blankenship and her husband David; grandchildren Shayna Roberts and her husband CJ, Kristen Alt, Brandon Blankenship and his wife Amanda, Brittany Roe and her husband Christopher, Jonathon Paul and Kelli Paul; great grandchildren Gracie and Colton Roberts, Samantha and Easton Blankenship, Jeana, Julia, Lucas, Laney and Liam Roe and Cole and Chase Alt.

Friends may call at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Tuesday, August 13th from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at Eastern Assembly of God, 7923 Wise Avenue, on Wednesday at 10:00 AM. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
