On September 4, 2024 Judith Ann Bruce Passed away surrounded by her family. Judith was born on July 3, 1961 to her late parents Thomas Edward and Xenia Ann Mueller (nee Smith). Judith was a 1980 graduate from Patterson High School, and a retired para educator from Baltimore City Schools. Judith is the devoted mother of Cindy Cisneros and her husband Nick; and cherished grandmother of Tyler Phipps, RJ Mitchem, Aria Cisneros, Alyssa Phipps, and the late Lily Cisneros; Judith is the loving sister of Thomas Mueller, Franklin Skaggs, and the late Robert Mueller.
