On May 30, 2026, Joyce Stevenson McCrystle of Lutherville, MD passed away peacefully after a long illness. Joyce was the beloved wife of the late John Brooke McCrystle; devoted mother of Kelly Elizabeth McCrystle, Ella Crawford McCrystle, and Brooke McCrystle Mulholland and her husband Jason. She was the loving grandmother of Logan Kelly Sciarretta and her husband Andrew, Ian Duncan McCrystle and his wife Taylor, Stevenson McCrystle Mulholland, Wesley Jack Mulholland, and Calder Zinn Mulholland; dear sister of Kenneth C. Stevenson and his wife Sally.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Joyce graduated from Towson High School and the Maryland Institute of Art. She excelled in her professional life, holding many positions from art teacher to fund-raiser to floral designer and business owner. Joyce was a tireless volunteer for countless local causes and was a loyal friend to those whose lives she touched.

Visitation will be held at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road, Towson, MD on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, from 10:00am. At 11:00am, a Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow at Mt. Maria Cemetery. Donations may be made in Joyce's name to Associated Catholic Charities at www.cc-md.org.
