On December 10, 2025, Joyce Margaret Kipp passed away peacefully in Bel Air, Maryland. Survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Joseph Wayne Kipp. Loving mother of Kevin Kipp (Sarah) and Tim Kipp. Cherished grandmother of Hudson Michael Kipp and Kamden Joseph Kipp. Also survived by her brother Bruce Ebert and sisters Joann Durkin, Nancy Ebert and Janet Schultz.
Family and friends are welcome to the family-owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home on Wednesday December 17 from 4-8 PM. A funeral service to take place in the funeral home chapel on Thursday December 18 at 11 AM.
