On July 18, 2026 Josephine Swagger passed away. Josephine was born on July 10, 1938 in Baltimore, MD to her late parents Josefina (nee Villanueva) and Ramon Tallon, Sr. Josephine was the devoted mother of Arlene H. Barry (Michael) and the late Jacqueline Deane Crandell (Robert); cherished grandmother of Kayleigh Deane Crandell, and Olivia Anne Barry; dear sister of Rose Mary Tallon and the late Ramon Tallon, Jr.

The family will receive friends at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 1 to 3 PM. A memorial service will begin at 3 PM.
