On February 1, 2012 Josephine T. Belcher (nee Vallario); beloved wife of the late Bobby Joe Belcher; devoted mother of Katherine J. Sands, Terri A. Rigsby, Michelle D. Parks and Michael J. Jankiewicz; dear sister of Jean Whyers and Michael Vallario. Also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Saturday at 12 noon. Entombment Gardens of Faith Mausoleum. Friends may call Saturday 11 AM to 12 noon. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to C.S.I.C.U. at Johns Hopkins Hospital c/o Department of Development 100 N. Charles Street Suite 300 Baltimore 21201.
