Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Road (Beltway exit 26) Wednesday, 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. The family suggests contributions in Joseph's name to Special Olympics, 3701 Commerce Drive, Suite 103, Baltimore, MD 21227
