On March 25, 2025, John Charles Smith, Jr. passed away peacefully in Towson, MD. He is the beloved husband of Anastasia "Stacy" Smith (nee Brown); devoted father of Andrea K. Vasold and her husband Dominic and Eric M. Smith and his wife Nicole; loving grandfather of Ryleigh J. Vasold, Kylie A. Smith, and Jace M. Smith; dear brother of Jimmy Smith (Vicky), Patty Seidl (Duck), and Madeline Hineline (Larry). John is also survived by many other loving family and friends.

Friends may visit at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. Towson, MD on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 2-4 & 6-8pm with the Memorial Celebration to begin at 7:00pm.
