On June 9, 2011, John W. Schissler, beloved husband of Mary Helen (nee Otter); devoted father of Deborah Lippincott and son-in-law William Lippincott, Christopher Schissler and wife Cathy, Karen Dorn and husband Tacker, James Schissler and wife Rosalie, Bonnie Cooper and son-in-law Robert Cooper; devoted grandfather to Allison and Sam Lippincott, Todd, Eric and Kelly Dorn, Grayson and Dillon Schissler, Jennifer, James and John Schissler, Jacqueline Wanner and Jodi Cooper; great-grandfather to Alexis and Austin Dorn and Hunter and James Schissler; beloved brother of Glenroy Schissler, Margaret Swann, Angela Serio and Agnus Reinhart.

A funeral service will be held at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home, 5305 Harford Rd. (at Echodale) on Monday at 11am. Interment Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 2-5 and 7-9 PM.
