On April 14, 2026 John Joseph McGainey, III owner of Kelsey's Towing and Transport passed away. John was born in Baltimore on June 7, 1968 to his parents John Joseph McGainey, Jr. and Katherine Mae Hughes. John was the beloved husband of Nunziella "Nancy" McGainey; devoted father of Kelsey McGainey, Allison McGainey, Austin McGainey (Lexie); cherished grandfather of Gabriel, Luca, Liliana, Rowen, and Matteo; dear brother of Melissa, Denise, and the late Judith.

A funeral service will be held at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Friday April 17, 2026 at 7 PM. Friends may visit on Friday 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Cremation to follow service.
