On December 3, 2010 John E. Dolan "Jack", beloved husband of the late Phyllis T. (nee Schimunek), companion of Beverly Cuba, devoted father of Michael J. Dolan and his wife Susan, Janet C. Croucher and her husband Christian, loving grandfather of Eric and Corinne Croucher, Alexander and Samantha Dolan.
