It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of John Phillip Arscott on November 27, 2025. He leaves behind his loving wife of 57 years, Teresa G. Arscott; his daughters Jennifer L. Lochotzki (Steven) and Christa N. Peloquin (Mark).  And his most important role was as Poppy to his cherished grandchildren Emma L. Lochotzki, Caroline G. Peloquin, Ava L. Lochotzki, and Isaac J. Peloquin. He was also a proud Great-Grandpoppy to Kinsleigh R.I.J. Nance.

John found joy in playing golf, vacationing with his family in the Outer Banks, and sharing his timeless "I remember when" stories. He leaves behind a loving family, many dear friends, and his loyal golf buddies. He is also missed by his 4-legged friend Maddie.  And, true to form, he still thought "Irsay Sucks".

Friends may call at Ruck Towson Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 2–4 PM and 6–8 PM.  Services will take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 11 AM.

Burial to take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery on Tuesday December 9 at 11:30 AM.
