On November 27, 2025, Joanne M. Gardner (nee Isabella) died peacefully in Cartersville, Georgia, formerly of Fork, Maryland. She is predeceased by her beloved husband Vaughn P. Gardner, her sons Timothy F. Gardner and Robert P. Gardner (Donna), her parents Frank E. Isabella and Anna Gerard Isabella, and by her brother Thomas W. Isabella. Joanne is survived by her daughter Mary E. Rogers (Roland) and her son David V. Gardner (Darlene). Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 3PM-6PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Stephen Catholic Church 8030 Bradshaw Road Kingsville, MD 21087 on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 11AM. Interment, at 1PM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family will appreciate memorial contributions in Joanne's memory to your favorite charity
