On August 21, 2025, Jay Edgar Barnhill passed away peacefully in Randallstown, MD. Born on December 3, 1948, he was the beloved son of the late Margaret Kathryn (nee Hurd) and Robert Bell Barnhill, Sr.; loving brother Robert B. Barnhill, Jr and his wife Janet and the late Nancy Wallace (William) and Greg Barnhill and his surviving wife Lisa Barnhill; cherished uncle of Timothy Barnhill (Julie), Christopher Barnhill (Carrie), Nicole Dixon, Durkin Barnhill, and Scott Barnhill; Jay is also survived by many other loving family and friends.

The services and interment are private.
