On May 2, 2026, James Lee Mullen, beloved husband of Cynthia Mullen, devoted father of Jason Mullen and his wife Amber, and Christopher Mullen and his wife Kelly, loving grandfather of Skylar, Emma, Katelyn, Serenity, Justin, Ainsley, Khloe, Kashton and Beckett, cherished great grandfather of Kamryn.  Also survived by his loving mother Ruth Mullen; dear brothers Frank Mullen Jr. and his wife Connie and Dennis Mullen and his wife Lisa.

The family will receive friends at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Ave on Thursday (5-7-2026) from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, where the funeral service will be held on Friday (5-8-2026) at 10AM.  Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
