On August 30, 2025, James Leonard McLaughlin, Jr., devoted father of Lexi N. McLaughlin and Cameron J. McLaughlin; loving son of Pamela McLaughlin and the late James L. McLaughlin, Sr.; dear brother of Rhonda J. Carter, Brenda L. Lutz and Dawn M. Petrovia and her husband Pasquale Petrovia, Sr.; uncle of Pasquale Petrovia, Jr. and Giovanni Petrovia; cousin of James Carder, Jr., Evan Carder, Amanda Ward, Heather Hottle, and Brook Hottle.

Visitation will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Thursday from 4-8 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11 AM. Interment, St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
