On October 12, 2026, James Edward Dumbrowsky, beloved husband of Phyllis Ann (nee Crawford), devoted father of Tracy Broadwater and her husband Larry, loving grandfather of Joshua Saylor and his wife Kayla, Connor Davies and Gracie Davies, cherished great-grandfather of Hadley Saylor. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the family-owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Ave. on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 and 8 PM.
