On September 11, 2011; Dr. James Patrick Connaughton, beloved husband of Monica Teresa Connaughton (nee Keaveny); devoted father of Bernadette M. Connaughton and husband Michael Gray, Eileen C. Hart and husband Tim, James L. Connaughton and wife Susanna, Paul V. Connaughton and wife Suzanne, John P. Connaughton and wife Stephanie; loving grandfather of Conor, Justine, Timothy, Jr., Tara, Michael, Meaghan, Matthew, Spencer, Grace, Katharine, Aidan, Andrew, Neila, and Will; brother of Kathleen Maguire, Laurence and Noel Connaughton. Also survived by an extended loving family here in the States and in Ireland.

The family will be receiving friends at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (Beltway Exit 26A) Tuesday, September 13, from 6:30 – 8:30pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church (Ware Ave.) Wednesday, September 14 at 10am. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
