On August 12, 2024, Dr. James Bruce Binko, beloved husband of 40 years to Dr. Gloria A. Neubert; devoted father of Bruce Binko and his wife Caroline, Steven Binko and his wife Kelley,  Paul Binko and his partner Wallace Ford, Brooke Neubert Loudermilk and her partner Rae Meneses, and Loren Neubert Pearl and her husband Michael; loving grandfather of 8.

Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26), on Wednesday, August 21st from 4 to 7 PM.  A Memorial Service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, Cockeysville, on Thursday, August 22nd, at 3 PM.  Interment private.
