On February 15, 2025 James Joseph Bayer; belove husband of the late Elizabeth Ann Bayer (nee Ousbourne); loving brother of Marge Lamphare; dear uncle of Juanita Bayer and George Bayer; cherished great uncle of Katie Staigerwald and Joey Coleman; dear brother-in-law of Gerry Bayer. Also survived by other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Friday February 21, 2025 at 10 AM. Friends may visit on Thursday February 20, 2025 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Park.
