On November 13, 2010 Jacqueline Garner-Moeser; beloved wife of John H. Moeser, III; devoted mother of Jacqueline Hope Garner; dear sister of Sharon Streett and Ronald, Jack and Ernest Garner; loving daughter of the late Ernest and Jacqueline Garner; daughter in law of John and Katherine Moeser, Jr.
Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. (beltway exit 26) on Tuesday 2-4 & 6-9PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, Texas on Wednesday at 10:00AM. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Jacqueline Garner-Moeser Scholarship Fund c/o John Carroll High School 703 E. Churchville Rd. Bel Air, Md. 21014.
