Ida Dorothy Allred was sent to Heaven on April 18, 2026. She is survived by her four blessings: Jerry, Joe, Ruth, and Julie; and the three gifts they gave her: Brianna, Jacob, and Joshua.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother who took great pride in a life centered around her family. For over 40 years, she served the greater Baltimore area as a real estate agent, carrying a true worker's heart and a deep commitment to the people she helped along the way.

She found joy in the company of others, especially in the friendships she built later in life at her swim classes. She loved simple pleasures, car rides, small adventures, and any chance to get out and experience the world. Wherever she went, she made sure people felt seen, cared for, and included. She had a way of creating a sense of belonging, and her circle only continued to grow because of it.

Her life was shaped by three great loves: her children, her grandchildren, and listening to the waves on the beach. The ocean brought her peace, and it feels only right that she will take her final resting place there, at home, where her spirit can live on endlessly.

A Memorial service will be held on Sunday April 26, 2026 at 3 PM at the Watersedge Baptist Church 3483 Liberty Parkway, Dundalk, MD 21222
