On December 7, 2024, Hugh Spencer Bailey passed away in Baltimore, MD. He is the beloved son of the late Carl E. and Sara K. Bailey; brother of Kathryn E. Bailey and Carl B. Bailey and his wife Rosemarie. Hugh is also survived by other loving family and friends.

Friends may visit at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. (Beltway Exit 26) on Thursday from 11-12pm. Following the visitation, a Funeral Service will be held at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church, 2533 Mount Carmel Rd., Parkton, MD 21120 at 1:00pm. The burial will take place at the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Maryland SPCA at www.mdspca.org or Baltimore BARCS at www.barcs.org or to a local animal recuse of your choice in memory of Hugh.
