On December 5, 2009 Helen C. Pfeifer, beloved wife of the late Casimir Weglicki and Frederick Pfeifer, devoted mother of Stephen T. Mitchell, Sr. and his wife Cecelia, loving grandmother of Lt. Command Stephen T. Mitchell, Jr. and his wife Kelley and Lt. Peter Price Mitchell, and great grandmother of Eliza Grace Mitchell. Mrs. Pfeifer was an employee of the C & P Telephone Company a pioneer of her time.
