On July 12, 2011 Helen L. Hunt, beloved wife of the late Aaron Trent Hunt, devoted mother of Aarlen L. Hunt, Philip S. Hunt and wife Stefanie H., and the late Richard T. Hunt, mother-in-law of Judy G. Hunt, loving grandmother of Leah S. Hunt, aunt of Judith Olen and Wendell Koerner, step-grandmother of Janet C. Flenniken, Margot M. Johnson, and Robert F. Cockey, Jr. Helen taught first grade in Coffeyville, Kansas, from 1934-1942 when she married Trent Hunt. She was a Stay-at-home Mom until moving to Baltimore in 1962. She returned to teaching first grade in 1963 at Battle Grove Elementary School in Dundalk, then Ruxton Elementary School and Riderwood Elementary School, until her retirement in 1982.

A memorial service will be held at the Oak Crest Chapel on Saturday, July 16 at 11am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to the First Christian Church 5802 Roland Ave. Baltimore, MD 21210. Reception to follow. Arrangements by the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc.
