Frantz, Jr., Douglas E. (Rita) Frantz, Ronald Dean (Maureen) Frantz, Steven R. (Ilene) Frantz and Patricia L. Smith; loving grandmother of Brendan (Tara) Fahey and Kate Fahey, Winston, Monica, Edmund and Emma Frantz, Derek, Brian, Kevin and Brady Frantz, Jonas Frantz, and Nicholas, Benjamin and Valerie Smith; loving great grandmother of Quinn and Maeve Fahey; dear sister of Wayne and Franklin Levacy and the late JT, Winston and Douglas Levacy.
