On January 19, 2010 Helen L. Foy , beloved mother of Barbara and Donald Garrison, Mary Jean and Sam Birchfield and Helena D. Foy, dear sister of Stella Childress, Julia Sims and Thomas Lipka, cherished grandmother of eight and 17 great-grandchildren.

A Christian Wake service will be held at the Family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Avenue on Friday at 7:30 P.M. Friends may call on Friday from 3-5 & 7-9 P.M. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Luke's Catholic Church on Saturday at 10 A.M. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery.
