On April 28, 2011 GEORGE H. (PETE) WIRTZ, JR. beloved husband of Betty R. Wirtz (nee Wolfe); devoted father of Richard Wirtz and Kevin Wirtz and his wife Natalie;beloved grandfather of Matthew, Andrew, Jacob, Rachel, Michael and Katie Thomas; brother-in-law of Robert Wolfe and Betty Ann Wolfe.
Friends may call at the family-owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Road (beltway exit 26) on Friday, May 6 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at Ashland Presbyterian Church, Ashland Road, Cockeysville, MD on Saturday May 7 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Scholarship Fund at Ashland Presbyterian Church, 116 Ashland Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030. Interment private.
