Gary Lee Wolford

Gary Lee Wolford, 76, of Dundalk, Maryland, passed away peacefully at home on March 8, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Gary was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose greatest joy in life was his family. He shared 54 loving years of marriage with his beloved wife, Elizabeth Jane Wolford. Together they built a life centered on love, laughter, and strong family values.

Gary was often described as a model man and a well-rounded person. He was known for his integrity, kindness, and quiet strength. Those who knew him respected his character and admired the way he cared deeply for his family and treated others with warmth and dignity.

In addition to his wife, Gary is survived by his children, Tracey Lynne and Keith Gerhold, Jennifer Kelly and Mike Chmielewski, and Kristy Michele and William Ruth. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Shane B and Tori, Amanda and Key, Carley and Shane D, Justin, Paige, Garrett, Shawn, and Meaghan. He was also blessed with three great-grandchildren, Xavier, Kayden, and Hazel. Gary is also survived by his siblings, Ester Often, Robert Popp Jr., Barbara Miller Popp, and Patty Early.

Gary will be remembered for his kindness, his dedication to his family, and the many memories he created with those he loved. His presence will be deeply missed, but his love and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

The family will receive friends at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc. 7922 Wise Ave on Sunday (3/15/2026) from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM., where the funeral service will be held on Monday (3/16/2026) at 10 AM.  Interment Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens.
