On May 21, 2025, Franklyn M. Rybak, beloved husband of the late Patricia E. Rybak (nee Benson); devoted father of Cheryl Shea and her spouse Harry and Scott Rybak and his spouse Nancy; loving grandfather of Kira Lewis, Rachael Rybak and her spouse Devan Dewees, and Sarah Rybak and her spouse Ben Petersen. Franklyn and Patricia always cherished their time sailing the Chesapeake Bay together.
