On December 15, 2009 FRANCIS J. POWDER, SR. beloved husband of Hilda C. Powder (nee Lingerman); devoted father of Francis J. Powder, Jr. and Rochelle A. Powder; dear stepfather of Robert E. Donnell, Jr. Also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Catholic Prayer Service will be held at the family owned
Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Avenue on Friday at 12 noon. Interment Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.
