On June 1, 2025, Francis Barry Bilson, dear brother of Timothy Blaine Bilson and his wife Helen. Mr. F. Barry Bilson was a Certified Public Accountant. He was a Vice President at Legg Mason, Inc. and Vice President of Finance from June 1984 to October 1998. He also served as a Vice President of Finance of Legg Mason Canada Holdings LYD from June 1984 to October 1998. Mr. Bilson was a long standing member of the Boy Scouts of America and held a position on the BSA Baltimore Area Council Executive Committee as the Operating Chair of the Investment Committee.
