On March 31, 2025, Frances E. Smith (Nee Williams). Beloved wife of J. Duncan Smith; Devoted mother of Amy Anderson and her husband Jesse, Megan Carroll and her husband Christopher, Emily McCoy and her husband Ryan, Carolyn White and her husband Ethan and Grant Smith and his wife Kaitlin. Dear sister of Eugene Williams, Jeannie Foster, Lawrence Williams and Madeline Kohler. Also survived by many grandchildren.
