Loving grandmother of John "Jack" Wagner, III, Lisa Schwartz (nee Osborne), Colleen Stevens (nee Wagner), Marie Abate, Scott Wagner, Jeff Osborne and Rose Abate and great-grandmother of 3. A vigil service will be held at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck, Inc. Funeral Home, 5305 Harford Road (at Echodale) on Wednesday at 4 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Dominic Catholic Church on Thursday at 11 AM. Interment New Cathedral Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday 3-5 & 7-9 PM.
